Project Overview
Client: Naatu
Project Type: Web app
Duration of works: 1 year
Launch date: April 2022
Team: 13 developers + 1 QA
Business Context
The client's area of specialization is the energy industry, especially energy-saving solutions. The goal of our cooperation was to develop 2 applications for complex management of personal energy consumption. Mobile application - Pliszka - is a perfect solution for smaller households, while the Virtual Power Plant, web application, provides detailed reports for advanced analysis of the data from the electric networks.
Requirements
The VPP application was designed to collect detailed energy consumption data from measuring devices provided by our client. Collected data should be assembled and plotted on the various types of charts, providing users access to easy, reliable analytical tools. The main functionality of VPP is generating minimalistic, easy-readable charts and graphs based on the complex energy consumption data.
Key Features
- collecting and processing complex energy consumption data with highest precision
- clear, understandable visualization of the data collected from measuring devices connected with VPP
- customizable charts, with possibility of plotting multiple data collected within specified time stamps
- ability to plot a single type, as well as various multiple types of collected data on a single chart.
- extra analytical tools dedicated for energy-saving, including cost calculations, comparison of various electrical tariffs and a detector of network’s destabilizations.
