Bussiness context

Client’s field of specialization is helping impending high school graduates with their preparations for final exams. The Group StudentNews.pl used to develop their web page only. However, the flourishing market of mobile users with growing needs has made the client reach out and invest into mobile application solutions.

Requirements

The satisfying final result was defined as mobile quiz platform, including official multi-subject tasks from the official database of the final exam questions. It has to provide multiple utilities helping students in solving various types of tasks (especially tools for notes-writing and a calculator). The final application also should be available in the offline mode, providing students constant access to knowledge.

Key features of the finished application

• Connection to the official database of questions. Each task is converted to a proper type of subject, based on its category.
• Offline mode of the application, which helps to keep consistency of learning, even with no access to the network.
• Dedicated toolkit, including notes, calculator and frequently used scientific formulas.
• Personal progress tracking, synchronized with external server.

Results

The following project turned out to be a significant step in our development; it helped us to gain valuable experience in React Native technology, which enabled us to look forward to working on projects within this technology.
We are proud of solutions we’ve designed in this project - especially the unique, responsive toolkit.

‘Matura’ is currently receiving wide recognition among high school students, downloading the app 50,000+ times from both Google Play and App Store.
